1. About This List
FoundHex Inc. engages the third-party service providers below ("sub-processors") to help deliver the Repaxio Services. Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect personal data consistent with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum. We share with each sub-processor only the data necessary for the function it performs.

3. Changes and Notifications
We may update this list as we add or replace sub-processors. Business Users with a Data Processing Addendum in place may subscribe to advance notice of new sub-processors as provided in that agreement. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above.
