1. Program Description
Repaxio enables businesses to send SMS messages to their customers for feedback collection, review requests, promotional offers, referral codes, and customer communications. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you interacted with, powered by the Repaxio platform.
2. Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on a feedback form, QR code landing page, or other opt-in mechanism, you agree to receive SMS messages from the business whose form you completed. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by business. Typically no more than 10 messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
5. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also text STOP to the number that messaged you at any time.
6. Opt-In
To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START to the number that messaged you.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@repaxio.com.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or message data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
